My name is Derrick Jackson and I am thrilled that clients continue to call and rely on the services we provide, after starting this company when I was 19. You see, I learned very early that anybody can get a customer (perform a service one time), however we had to position ourselves and deliver on our promises so that we can create raving fans, "AKA - Clients " (customers who continue to call us year
after year when we have so many competitors).

For Precision Plus to be successful In the Greater Philadelphia area, we had to be different regarding the service experience we provide you.................... and not just "show up". If I sent a technician to your home that was late, not well trained to properly diagnose your problem, had an odor, tracked dirt in your home with his boots ( I have heard of techs tracking other brown substances as well), rushed thru
your job because he was already late for the next one, chances are that you would never call me again, EVEN IF I OFFERED CHEAPER PRICING.

I am amazed at the "Plumbers " that I see, and the fact that homeowners actually let them in their homes. We also invest a minimum of 100 additional hours per year to learn “best practices”, “cutting edge technology”
and to provide our clients with superior service.

Most of our competitiors provide ZERO ongoing trainging to their staff. This often results in misdiagnosing problems, failure to educate you on better options, and poor customer service.

 

Not Prepared
I used to work for a company that had a poor truck inventory. It did not matter what concerns the customer had, we made multiple trips back and forth to the supply house and unfortunatly the CUSTOMER paid for it. . . time is money.

Precision utilizes a unique truck stocking system. We have each vehcile stocked with 193% more parts than the industry norm. This makes us more efficient,

Most companies offer a concrete "guarantee", when their truck leaves your concrete, the guarantee expires. Or my personal favorite, when they cover parts and not labor, or labor only and not parts.

When investing in home repairs, we believe that the company you hire should
provide 5year, 10 year, and Lifetime Warranties on materials and labor. You
should not have to go into your pocket at all for the warranty period.
