To this day, some companies still charge by the house, which means the longer they stay, the more you pay. They do not have a proven successful system to present the estimate...they have to call the boss or call the office, and verbally give you an estimate that comes from who knows where?

Some companies even quote low prices over the phone, or to get started, only to charge you more once the work takes place. We also invest a minimum of 100 additional hours per year to learn “best practices”, “cutting edge technology”
